Happy New Year!
What are your goals in the new year? Better health? Are you looking for a new hobby and a chance to meet new people? What about supporting a cause you care about or becoming more involved in the arts or learning something new?

From cooking healthy with Karyl Henry’s latest recipe to making healthy substitutions with suggestions from TSET Healthy Living Program Coordinator, Melinda Caldwell, we can help get you started on your healthy goals.
What about a new hobby that is both adventurous and active? The Stillwater Roller Derby is recruiting team members! If you ever enjoyed roller skating this could be just the kind of out-of-the-box activity you need to spice up your life! The team tells me that it’s just like riding a bike, even if you haven’t skated since you were a kid you can pick it right back up again. The point is to try something new in the new year that will help you reach your goals and keep life fresh and fun while making friends too.
