From the Editor (October 2018)

by Ammie Bryant, Editor

October has arrived and with it those long awaited cooler temperatures (fingers crossed!) Autumn means sweaters and pumpkin flavored everything, and in Stillwater it also means lots of fun fall-themed activities. From the week-long celebration of America’s Greatest Homecoming to fall festivals, craft shows, and Halloween, Stillwater shines in October.

In this issue we have a great list of events and activities for you and your family to enjoy. Our Fun-Filled Fall Guide is packed with pumpkins, concerts, 5Ks, a rodeo, and so much more. There is sure to be something to appeal to your family on this list.

We also have stories about the kick off of the 30th annual Harvest II food drive, the dedication of the Stillwater Strong Memorial, the Friends of the Stillwater Community Center’s latest project, and a delicious recipe from Karyl Henry. Don’t miss these and other stories about our favorite hometown in this latest issue of Stillwater Living Magazine.

How will you embrace the season this month?

Onward!
