Twila Jessen is CASA for Kids volunteer of the month for the month of July. We are honored to have Ms. Jessen, retired teacher and principal, as a loyal volunteer for the last year and a half. CASA benefits from Twila’s years of working with children. She is enjoying her retirement, traveling between Oklahoma, Colorado and California, spending time with her husband, children and 19 grandchildren. Twila has served on three cases.
